This Privacy Policy is published in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the the Act) ), Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the IT rules) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the Intermediary Rules) and such other applicable laws. Through this Privacy Policy, Company provides information about the details it collects from Users (including but not limited to personal and sensitive information as described in the IT rules) hereinafter referred to as Information (It is explicitly clarified that the term Information shall mean and include the information described in clause 2 of this Privacy Policy), the purpose of such collection, disclosure of data, the mode of removal or updating the User Information, practices and safety measures and grievance redressal mechanisms in the following manner:-

1) Company is engaged in the business of providing MASS (Mobility as a service for people with limited mobility list of services can be accessed on www.myudaan.org myUDAAN provides independent health Mobility Partner Assistant (Mobility Partner Assistant) for in-home personal care (Service) for you or another person who is a parent or relative(Patient). myUDAAN does background and experience verification of these Mobility Partner Assistant via independent background verification company. The Service is provided by these Mobility Partner Assistant only and not by myUDAAN. services. For more information about the companys services please go through the Application.

2) Company collects the following Information from the User for the following purposes:

• Mobile no.
• Health information
• Details related or required to provide services

b.Sensitive Personal information

• Date of birth
• Emergency contact number
• Information related to health condition
• Financial Information (including but not limited to banking information, or credit card information).
• Any other details related to the aforesaid, to enable the Company to provide services to the user.

c.Technical information

• Information gathered through various technologies that may employ cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to automatically record certain information from your device through which User uses the Application. This technical information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device or browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring or exit pages, clickstream data, operating system, hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network. This data includes usage information and user statistic.

means and includes any information that does not reveal Users specific identity, such as, browser information, information collected through Cookies, pixel tags and other technologies, demographic information, etc. this information is automatically collected by the Application.

ii. Purpose of collecting information

• To allow Registered Users to sign-up or set-up their account with Company.
• The Information is collected for Company to understand the kind of Users accessing the Application.
• The Information is collected for Company to navigate customers about the mechanism of the Application.
• The Information is collected for Company to contact and communicate about Companys existing and future products/services to its Users.
• The Information is collected to provide services to Users by Company.

3) Company neither rents nor sells Users personal and sensitive information in personally identifiable form to anyone. Company shares Users personal information in personally identifiable form with third parties only as described in this Privacy Policy. The Information is not stored by Company (including by its associates/employees and auditors/attorneys hereinafter referred to as Authorised Personnel and third party software enabled on the Application). However, it is hereby clarified that:

1. Reasonable safety practices are enabled on the Application.
2. The Authorised Personnel will be provided access to the data only on a need to know basis and with an obligation cast on them to protect the confidentiality of such data.
3. The Information will be used for the purposes described in clause 2 of this Privacy Policy.
4. Company will not share User personal information with third parties without User permission, unless the Company is associated with any third party for the services Companys/Companys ownership changes or Company merges or enters into a joint-venture with another party; or Company is required to do so under any law, or in connection with any legal proceedings and/or to defend our legal rights.
5. Company does not knowingly collect personal and sensitive information from persons aged below 18 years.
6. COMPANY MAY HAVE TO SHARE THE INFORMATION TO ITS EMPLOYEES, ASSOCIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO WORK OUTSIDE INDIA IN ORDER TO PERFORM SERVICES OR IN RELATION TO THE APPLICATION, HOWEVER THE SAME SAFEGUARDS WILL BE EXERCISED BY COMPANY WHEN SHARING INFORMATI0ON WITH THE AFORESAID PERSONS.

4) In case any User wishes to obtain a copy of their personal information or wants to delete or update their personal information or withdraw their consent to publish their Information or if the User has any grievance pertaining to the Application then such person can contact Companys grievance officer Mr. Ramesh Mishra by sending an email regarding their request to info@myudaan.org with the subject line as Request for withdrawal of consent. Upon satisfactorily ascertaining the credentials of the person seeking the information, Company shall with the Users cooperation, assist them in redressing the grievance or request in a time bound manner. Further it is clarified that in the event the User withdraws their consent to publish their Information or makes a request of above-mentioned nature in the manner specified above, Company shall at its sole discretion have the rights to disable or restrict or block such Users registration or access to the Application

5) Company may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when User visit the Application. These companies may use information (not including Users name, address, email address, or telephone number or sensitive personal information) about Users visits to the Application in order to provide advertisements about the products and services of interest to User. Further, such advertisements may have hyperlinks that lead to the advertisers or third-partys website. COMPANY HEREBY EXPRESSLY CLARIFIES THAT COMPANY IS NOT MAKING ANY WARRANTIES AND SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY SAFEGUARDS OF SUCH WEBSITES OR THE ACCURACY OR AUTHENTICITY OF THE DATA CONTAINED IN SUCH WEBSITES OR THE ADVERTISEMENTS, USERS ARE ADVISED TO REFER TO THE PRIVACY POLICIES AND TERMS OF USE OF SUCH WEBSITES AND EXCERCISE REASONABLE CAUTION AND DILIGENCE WHEN USING SUCH THIRD PARTY WEBSITES.

6) IT IS HEREBY CLARIFIED THAT THE ACCEPTANCE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE TERMS OF USE IS A PRECONDITION FOR THE USER TO VISIT OR USE THE APPLICATION. IN THE EVENT, THE USER DISAGREES TO PROVIDE SUCH ACCEPTANCE THEN SUCH USER IS REQUIRED TO LEAVE/STOP VISITING OR USING THE APPLICATION IMMEDIATELY. THE USERS ACT OF USING OR VISITING THE APPLICATION SHALL BE DEEMED AS ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE.

7) When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records.

8) Company reserves the right to update or modify all or any part of this Privacy Policy and such update or modification shall (unless specified otherwise) be effective from the date the same is published on the Application. However, Company shall inform Users about such update or modification from time to time and Users are encouraged to and advised to visit the Privacy Policy section.

9) While Company has taken appropriate steps for the security and protection of the Application, however, Company shall not be responsible for any breach of security or the disclosure of personal data for reasons outside its control, such as hacking, social engineering, cyber terrorism, espionage by third parties, or any events by way of force majeure such as sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war or acts of government.
